Israel National Parks - Tel Arad National Park Illustrated Mug
COMING SOON
Featuring original hand-painted watercolor artwork inspired by the ancient city and Israelite fortress of Tel Arad, this illustrated mug celebrates the history and natural character of one of the Negev's most fascinating archaeological sites. The design draws on the remains of the Israelite fortress, its remarkable four-horned altar, the ancient inscribed pottery letters known as the Arad ostraca, and the native irises that bring unexpected color to the desert each spring. Together, these details reflect the layers of history preserved at this remarkable site.
For those drawn to the ancient history of the Negev, and for anyone who has yet to discover Tel Arad.
